6/12/06 Residences’ Websites Showcase St. Petersburg Living to Internet
Audience
Their great architecture and physical
amenities enhance our city's profile, but residential developers are
increasing St. Petersburg’s presence on the web as well. Several
developments from all parts of town have staked their claim on the
internet, and not only do they tout their projects, but the city as a whole.
Some of the more prominent websites for projects
currently under construction include:
Signature Place – a contemporary-style structure located at the corner
of 100 First Avenue South. The 34-story tower will be the main building to
a mixed-use project. In the mix will be a five-story parking garage, a
six-story office building and ground level shops and restaurants.
Waterside at Coquina Key – a 912-unit
residential condominium complex. Waterside at Coquina Key offers one,
two and three bedroom units with views of Tampa Bay. The project,
with more than 3 miles of seawall, will include newly constructed boat
docks that have Gulf of Mexico access.
400 Beach Drive – nestled in Downtown
St. Petersburg adjacent to a beautiful park and waterfront setting and
within walking distance to marinas, outdoor cafes, boutiques, galleries,
and more.
1010 Central – The five-story
residential condominium will have 114 units and ground floor retail. The
project’s costs are estimated at $20 million with construction underway.
The
Sage – a 112-unit project located in University Park near I-175.
Miles Property is offering units from the $300,000s.
Bay
Isle Key – offers six distinctive floor plans, showcasing some of today's
most sought-after architectural elements and numerous community
amenities. Located in St. Petersburg’s Gateway area, Bay Isle Key
offers convenient proximity to employment centers, as well as exciting
downtown activities.
CitySide Terrace Homes – a project
developed by Urban Edge Development Group. The project will consist of 53
residential units that will be 3 & 4 story terrace homes starting at
$400,000.
Back Bay at Carillon – the newest
residential community to be a part of the highly successful mixed-use
park. Currently under construction, these 60 luxury townhomes are
designed to reflect the charm of an old Boston Brownstone with today’s
amenities. Units range from 2,900 to 3,700 square feet and prices
start from the high $500,000s.
Vantage Point - another recent
conversion project, Vantage Point offers lush, mature landscaping and
tranquil lakes, a WiFi connected pool area and a state-of-the-art fitness
center. Located in the burgeoning Gateway area, one and two-bedroom
residences are offered starting in the low $100,000s.
Orion – located
at 8th Street and 4th Avenue S, these
new-construction condominiums will feature 2 and 3- bedroom units.
Amenities include ground level retail and a rooftop terrace with swimming
pool.
