4/28/08   Grand Opening at Echelon Pointe Located in Carillon Business Park

 

On April 22, 2008, the new Echelon Pointe office building development managed by Echelon Real Estate Services welcomed smith&nephew to the Carillon Business Park.

 

smith&nephew leased 40,000 sq ft., taking one and a half floors at the newest, high-end office building of Echelon Pointe, located at 970 Lake Carillon Drive.
