A few words on the winners…

400 Beach Drive is one of two Opus South projects in downtown. This project will feature a 316-foot contemporary structure with 91 condominium units surrounded by a low-rise structure consisting of retail frontage on Beach Drive and 4th Avenue North.

The new All Children's Hospital is a $300-million, 240-bed project that when complete will be home to more than 140 pediatric specialists and sub-specialists under its nearly one million SF of space.

Whether residential or commercial, industrial or retail, Gateway or Downtown or Midtown, these projects exemplify the attractiveness of St. Petersburg as a great place to live, work and play.
