12/31/07 The First 20 Residents Move In at The Sage in Downtown St. Petersburg
Construction is complete
and 20 residents are moving into The Sage, the latest condominium
development by Miles Development Partners in St. Petersburg’s booming
downtown district. Located on the corner of 4th Avenue South and
4th Street South, The Sage marks the second residential
development by Atlanta-based Miles in the City of St. Petersburg.
